DEPUTY OF THE STATE DUMA LANTRATOVA: IT IS NECESSARY TO LICENSE THE WORK OF ONLINE TRAINERS

The work of online trainers can be licensed. The first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education, Yana Lantratova, addressed the Government with such an initiative. We are talking about bloggers-trainers who sell their courses online.

In addition to licensing their work, the State Duma deputy also proposes to create a register of unscrupulous coaches. She notes that they often do not have specialized education and special competencies.

The deputy also drew attention to the fact that hundreds of thousands of citizens suffer because of "infocyganism", and it is almost impossible to bring fraudsters to justice.

"Currently, this area is not regulated in any way, it is almost impossible to bring fraudsters to justice. Today, the antimonopoly service and Rospotrebnadzor do not have special mechanisms to combat such activities. And, unfortunately, there are no quality criteria for information products at the legislative level either," explained Yana Lantratova Rusbankrot.

The deputy stressed that hundreds of thousands of Russians regularly become victims of "infocyganism".

"I have already received several appeals, on which my colleagues and I have started working. This is a real problem: hoping for quick success, people invest their last money or even agree to study on credit, and in the end they are left with nothing," Lantratova said.
