“ALL INCLUSIVE” STANDARD MAY APPEAR IN RUSSIA
Russian authorities are planning to expand and standardize the all inclusive system among domestic hotels. The corresponding instruction has already been received by Rosturizm from the Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

According to the officials, such a system is very popular among Russian vacationers, and therefore it should be expanded in Russia. At the same time, Rosturizm was tasked with assessing the feasibility of introduction measures to promote the all inclusive standard.

At present, about 10-15% of hotels in the country operate on such conditions, all of them are located on the Black Sea coast, and experts believe that this percentage is unlikely to increase significantly.

The reason lies in the profitability of such an offer for the hotels themselves, it is achieved with the possibility of settling in 100 - 150 rooms, which means that only large hotels are able to do it. However, there are not so many of them.

According to Kommersant, the Federal Tourism Agency has already confirmed the fact of work on the standards for all inclusive. The analysis revealed that Russian hotels consider the range of services offered within the standard differently. Some of them provide five meals a day, others offer food within 24 hours. Some hotels also provide alcohol.

Rosturizm plans to standardize the system to eliminate misunderstandings on the part of consumers, highlighting the "all inclusive" and "ultra all inclusive" categories. However, according to some estimates, when such a standard is introduced, the cost of accommodation may increase by a quarter, which can alienate some of the holidaymakers.
