ZAPSIBGIDROSTROY TRUST FROM SURGUT WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT DUE TO A DEBT OF 2.21 BILLION
The Arbitration Court of Ugra declared the Zapsibgidrostroy trust ("ZSGS") insolvent. The organization has been under surveillance since March 2021, however, court sessions on the case were periodically postponed to a later date. The amount of debt obligations uncovered during the monitoring process turned out to be more than 2.21 billion rubles.

The largest creditor of the enterprise is the National Bank "Trust". Its claims amount to 1.36 billion. Also among the creditors are Surgutneftegazbank and the daughter of NOVATEK. The claims of the latter are estimated at 240 million and 233 million, respectively. These organizations do not exhaust the list of creditors.

The trust in Surgut was a large-scale industry company. Its revenue in 2017 amounted to 4.2 billion rubles, and the total balance – more than 6.6 billion rubles.

The trust's customers were the French concern Total, SIBUR, NOVATEK and other large companies. The organization itself included 6 enterprises, which employed about 2 thousand employees.

To date, the multibillion-dollar projects that the organization has been engaged in have remained only a memory. According to the case file (No. A75-6557/2018), the balance sheet valuation of the property by the end of 2021 amounted to slightly more than 1.012 billion rubles. Revenue last year was only 9 million, and losses were about 2 billion.

At the same time, while creditors are trying to get money from the bankrupt organization, another company with the same name (Zapsibgidrostroy Trust) and the same address appeared in Surgut.

At the beginning of the year, the National Association of Oil and Gas Services drew attention to this. The new trust (TIN 8602289578) is actively working with government agencies in the Moscow region, having increased revenue over the past few years to 1.6 billion.
