WITH A DEBT OF 31.2 MILLION: THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY FROM LIPETSK WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT
At the end of May 2023, the arbitration of the Lipetsk region awarded the status of bankrupt to the company "Our House – Lipetsk", which managed about 70 buildings in the city. The firm itself filed for bankruptcy in the fall of 2022 (case no. A36-9466/2022). Then the amount of the organization's debt was 49.2 million.

According to Kommersant, at the beginning of this year, the company introduced a surveillance procedure. On January 12, the court appointed Sergei Fursov as interim manager. He had to assess the state of affairs in the organization and the possibility of restoring solvency.

The accounts payable of the organization included in the second stage of the register amounted to more than 1.5 million rubles. The third stage was 29.6 million. At the same time, the book value of the organization's property is only 27.7 thousand.

The company has existed in Lipetsk since the beginning of 2015. Its sole owner was the company "Domstroygarant Ural" from Chelyabinsk, owned by entrepreneur Konstantin Smirnov. In the Ural city, he also owns the Dez-1 Management Company and the Resident Consulting firm.

The bankruptcy of the Lipetsk Criminal Code was predictable, given the state of affairs in recent years. According to Kartoteka.ru , in 2020, "Our house – Lipetsk" showed a net loss of 12.5 million rubles (with revenue of 61.8 million). A year later, the amount of the loss decreased slightly, amounting to 9.4 million. At the same time, the amount of revenue decreased almost three times, amounting to 23.7 million.

The bankruptcy procedure, which the arbitration established for a period until November 20, 2023, will lead to the sale of the organization's property and its subsequent liquidation. Experts doubt that the firm will be able to find the right amount to cover the debt. Sergey Stroganov was appointed to the role of bankruptcy trustee.
