VYACHESLAV TSEPOVYAZ, A MEMBER OF THE TSAPKOV GANG, WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT

The Krasnodar court declared bankrupt a member of the organized criminal group "Tsapki" Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz. They demand to recover 2.19 billion rubles from the man. Its creditor is LLC Agro-Industrial Corporation AST Company M, which received the right of claim from entrepreneur Nikolai Zakharov (Gordik).

Tsepovyaz is the former owner of LLC "Experimental Production Farm (OPH) "Glory of Kuban"". Now the man is in prison. He was given a 20-year sentence for criminal actions as part of the "Tsapki" gang.

The court introduced a procedure for the sale of the attacker's property. In addition, a financial manager is involved in the case. Tsepovyaz has no right to dispose of his property without informing him, writes Kommersant.

At the same time, representatives of the debtor advocate restructuring debts with gradual payment. However, the court expressed the opinion that Tsepovyaz could not guarantee payment due to the conclusion. He also noted that malefactors serving time for committing crimes in the economic sphere cannot count on debt restructuring. The man was convicted, among other things, for fraud with budget subsidies.

Tsepovyaz's lawyer insisted on involving Rosfinmonitoring and the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory in the proceedings, referring to the fact that the amount of debt is impressive. However, AST Company M noted that such a requirement is designed to delay the process. The court sided with the creditor.

Previously, the entrepreneur Nikolay Zakharov (Gordik) had the right of claim. In 2008, he became a victim of the actions of the organized criminal group. Then the criminals forced the businessman to transfer the rights to the Agroyuginvest company to their proxy. However, in the summer of 2023, the court decided to collect compensation from the gang members in favor of Zakharov.

The court also found illegal the transfer of Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz's EXPERIMENTAL PRODUCTION FARM "Glory of Kuban" to his wife, so the property was returned to the man. Now he risks losing the organization as payment of debts.
