VORONEZH CHAIN OF STORES "FIVE FIVE" INTENDS TO GO BANKRUPT

The Voronezh retailer is experiencing a difficult financial situation not for the first time. In the spring of 2020, the supplier of dairy products (Leader-Voronezh) planned to bankrupt the organization. The firm first posted information about its plans, and then filed a lawsuit, demanding almost 2 million rubles. As a result, the court granted the claim, collecting 1.89 million.

In 2023, the tax authorities decided to declare the company bankrupt. The claim for insolvency was filed by the tax authorities in the Voronezh arbitration. The requirements of the Federal Tax Service amounted to almost 711 million rubles (case no. A14-2662/2023). However, in March, the arbitration recognized the absence of debt and dismissed the case.

The organization has existed for almost two decades. The company appeared in 2002. By 2018, she managed to open more than 50 outlets. Since 2011, one of the key founders, the Visant-Torg company, has been engaged in the development of the enterprise. The share of 30% remains with the TD "Levoberezhye". Also, the founders of "Five Five" are businessmen Sergey Tkachev and Sergey Savelyev.

Since February 2020, the owner of the Pyaterochka brand (X5 Retail Group) has shown interest in acquiring the network. It was reported that the companies signed an agreement on the sale of retail outlets. As the locals noticed, grocery stores under the Pyaterochka brand soon began to open in their place.

In December last year, the CEO of the organization was replaced. Four companies are currently listed as the main creditors (Mirex, Polytech Aspect, Techgazmontazh and Eredas). According to data for 2021, the company received losses of 0.5 billion, ending the financial period with revenue of 622.6 million rubles.
