TYUMEN OILFIELD SERVICE COMPANY IS THREATENED WITH BANKRUPTCY
A large oilfield service enterprise in Tyumen, Integra-Drilling, was again under the threat of bankruptcy. The NGO "Nanex" (the city of Nizhnevartovsk) announced plans to apply to arbitration this time. A company engaged in the disposal of industrial waste has published relevant information on the portal "Fedresource ".

The main founder of the NGO "Nanex" is the company "Capital Reserve Group". It owns 90% of the capital of the legal entity. Another 10% is owned by Nikolay Trinozhenko.

At the beginning of 2023, Pravda UrFO reported on a lawsuit that Integra-Drilling lost to the Nanex scientific and production association. The firm from KhMAO demanded to recover 24.3 million from the defendant in connection with the collection and disposal of waste arising during drilling. The arbitration reduced the amount of debt to 8.1 million rubles, partially satisfying the claims.

However, this lawsuit is not the only one in the history of relations between an NGO and a Tyumen enterprise. According to experts, the total amount of claims can reach 248 million rubles. For a Tyumen enterprise, this amount is quite impressive, given the financial situation of the company in recent years.

The founder of Integra-Drilling is the Cyprus firm IG Holdings Ltd. The enterprise is managed by the legal entity Integra Management, controlled by Felix Lyubashevsky. According to the financial statements, the company received only 2.7 million rubles in 2021. Numerous lawsuits in the courts that were brought against Integra-Drilling, the organization lost.

However, the business reputation of the NGO "Nanex" also does not look flawless. Recently, Rosprirodnadzor employees have been increasingly interested in the company. The agency believes that the company does not register those sites on which it places sludge exported from the oil industry enterprises. Where exactly the places of illegal waste storage are located remains a mystery. At the same time, experts suspect that one of these sites, located in the area of the UDS-4 Samotlorskoye field, is operated by Nanex.
