On March 18, 2024, the Krasnodar arbitration court ruled on the bankruptcy of Orchid Park. The Court opened bankruptcy proceedings (case no. A32-22594/2023). Alexander Osinsky, representing the South Ural Self-Regulating Organization of Arbitration Managers, was approved as the manager for the next six months. The next hearing is scheduled for September 11th.

The company was established in 2008 at the same address where the cottage settlement of the same name is located (Lenin St., house 217a). At the head of the company was the owner of the company "Kurortstroyinvest" Vitaly Bolotskikh. He is also one of the owners of the Sochi-based October-S company. In 2022, the company generated about 19.4 million in revenue, while earning 8.1 million in profit.

The initiator of the bankruptcy of the company was Ella Revtova. The Orchid Park apartment complex, which has the status of a Real Estate Owners Association, elected her as its chairman. In April 2023, she demanded that the debtor be declared bankrupt. On May 5, the court accepted her application for consideration.

The basis for the case was the verdict of the Verkhny Isetsky District Court in Yekaterinburg, which recovered 2.16 million in favor of Revtova. This amount includes funds paid to the company due to an unjustified increase in utility tariffs (1.44 million), as well as 724 thousand rubles of a fine (50% of the amount that exceeded the legal fee for the maintenance of real estate). In the appeal, the organization managed to reduce the amount of debt to 371 thousand and 185.5 thousand, respectively. But the debt in the amount of more than 490 thousand. It was never repaid.
