THE HEAD OF THE URAL FAVORITE FACTORY WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT
The Novosibirsk Arbitration Court (AS NSO) has issued a decision declaring Boris Degtyarev, director and founder of Fabrika Favorit (LLC), bankrupt. Debt restructuring will last until July 10.
Boris Degtyarev's financial difficulties are related to the large debt owed to the Rosselkhoznadzor. The amount of obligations is 235,422,358.37 rubles. These claims will now be included in the register of creditors of the debtor.
As specified in the court decision, the principal debt reaches 219.5 million, interest on the loan exceeds 11.7 million, and the penalty is more than 4.1 million. Creditors will be able to file their claims from the moment of the official announcement of the start of the restructuring.
Meanwhile, Fabrika Favorit faced its own difficulties. Back in December 2024, entrepreneur Nikolai Dremin, the legal successor of Barnaul Dairy Plant, filed for bankruptcy of the company, pointing to a debt of 2.22 million. Other creditors also intervened in the case, including Rosselkhoznadzor with claims for 14.37 million and 926 thousand. Currently, nine court cases have been opened against the company for a total amount of 65 million, where it acts as a defendant.
Fabrika Favorit is a player in the market of fat and oil products beyond the Urals. The company's two plants annually produce 12,000 tons of goods, which are shipped from Novosibirsk to Vladivostok and to the CIS countries. In 2023, the company's revenue reached 905 million, and its net profit was 17 million.
In the fall of 2024, things got worse: in September, there was a technical default on 60 million bonds. The company was unable to pay income for the 11th coupon period in the amount of 986.4 thousand. At the same time, the fiscal authorities suspended operations on the accounts of the plant due to a debt of 9 million. The organizer of the bond placement was Uniservice Capital.
The situation around Fabrika Favorit and its head continues to develop, attracting the attention of creditors and market participants. The results of Degtyarev's debt restructuring will be announced in the summer. The future of the company remains in doubt amid the litigation.
