On October 3, 2024, the Moscow Arbitration Court introduced a monitoring procedure in relation to the Mobiland company, which manages the Know-how store chain (case no. A40-81787/2024). The judicial act has not yet been published in the file.

In April, Rusbankrot reported on a lawsuit initiated against the company by the tax authorities (Tax Inspectorate No. 28 in Moscow). The case was accepted for consideration a long time ago, but the court sessions were postponed several times.

The chain of electronics stores, which included several dozen outlets, began to shrink from the beginning of 2024. A number of stores operating on the basis of a commercial concession chose to close. Experts attributed this decision to a negative assessment of the possible prospects for declaring the company insolvent.

It was reported that the organization's revenue decreased by more than a third (38.1%). In 2023, it amounted to 233.4 million rubles. The company's profit fell not so significantly, by only 26.3%. At the same time, the number of staff has decreased by more than 7.5 times since 2018.

As previously reported, Vimpelcom initially launched the Know-how brand. All points of the ION network, with which a partnership agreement was concluded in 2013, were transferred under a new trademark. In 2017, the network could have come under the control of the Beeline mobile operator (under which Vimpelcom operates) if it had achieved certain performance indicators.

In February 2024, MTS-Bank announced with a statement on the recovery of almost 309 million rubles from Know-How. The co-defendants in the claim of the credit institution (case no. A40-23514/2024) were the companies MobilSovet, Assortment-Service and Mobile Solutions. At the same time, Mobiland filed a counterclaim, demanding to invalidate one of the points of the agreement between the plaintiff and MobilSovet. On June 4, 2024, the bank's claim was fully satisfied by the court. It was not possible to appeal the court's decision on appeal (9th AAC).
