Vetsanutilzavod "Kormilovsky" (GPOO) was taken under surveillance on March 13. The bankruptcy procedure at the enterprise was introduced by the Omsk arbitration until June 13 at the request of the enterprise itself. The amount of the organization's debt to creditors is more than 1.28 million rubles. The temporary management was entrusted to Vladimir Semivolkov, who lives in Primorye.

The waste disposal plant filed an insolvency lawsuit in September 2022. The company has been operating in the Omsk region for more than 30 years, having appeared in March 1992. The organization has been headed by Alexander Eliseev since 2005, local media specify.

Kormilovsky works with hazardous waste from agricultural production resulting from the slaughter of livestock. One of the types of products of an enterprise with state participation is meat and bone meal, which is a food additive for feeding animals.

In recent years, the company's revenue has been declining regularly. So, in 2016, the company announced revenue of 85 million rubles. However, five years later, in 2021, financial revenues amounted to only 30 million. Over the past few years, the plant has started generating losses. However, this did not prevent officials from actively involving the plant in various works. The company was engaged in the liquidation of animal burial grounds and agricultural production batches that had not passed state control.

In October 2022, the vetsanutil plant received unfavorable coverage in the local media, owing employees wages of 1.5 million rubles. Then 37 employees of the plant did not receive their income. This forced the Omsk Labor Inspectorate to take measures.
