THE STRUCTURES OF THE BANKER KHOTIN CONTINUE TO BANKRUPT
The collapse of the Ugra Bank continues to affect the bankruptcy of structures that sources associate with Alexey Khotin. The other day, the cassation overturned the previous decision made by the court of appeal against the company "Kayum Oil". The result of this was the resumption of bankruptcy proceedings at the enterprise.

The company was declared insolvent back in April 2022. However, this did not suit Gazprombank, which requires more than 8.67 billion rubles from the organization, local media write. The appeal overturned the decision of the arbitration of Ugra, citing the prematurity of the manager's conclusions that the company is insolvent.

The oil company resumed surveillance. The judges took into account that by the time the arbitration of the KhMAO made its decision, there were about 26.3 billion in assets of Kayum-Neft. At the same time, the register of accounts payable was presented only by claims from the bank "Ugra" (it is also going through bankruptcy) for 8.1 billion rubles.

However, the bank "Ugra" and the arbitration manager Alexey Posashkov objected to the resumption of surveillance. It is possible that the cassation took into account the outstanding requirements for the organization by almost 21.4 billion rubles. The reasons for the verdict have not yet been made public, but as a result, the organization has again moved to the stage of bankruptcy proceedings.

JSC "Kayum-Neft" is a structure of the Exillon Energy Group of companies. According to the tax authorities, the holding is associated with the bank "Ugra", which is currently under the control of the state corporation DIA, acting as its bankruptcy trustee.

Recall that the Ugra bank, the beneficiary of which was Alexey Khotin, collapsed after large-scale embezzlement of funds issued under the guise of loans to various companies was discovered there. As a result, the bank's depositors had to pay about 170 billion rubles. At the same time, the main assets of Ugra were loans issued to 133 legal entities in the amount of 264 billion.

It turned out that in 2016-2017, the bank lent to Vostok, Kapstroy, Building Group and a number of others that transferred money to the Kayum Neft account opened in Ugra Bank. The total amount of such loans amounted to more than 7.8 billion.

As collateral for one of these loans (the Building Group company), structures erected for oil production at the Multanovskoye field in the KhMAO appeared. They were provided by the company "Khortytsia", which at the end of 2017 reissued the license for the oil company "Multanovsky" (LLC). Now the tax inspectorate has made another attempt to declare her bankrupt. The previous two attempts to declare the company insolvent were unsuccessful.
