On March 14, 2023, the Moscow Arbitration Court published a Ruling on the introduction of a monitoring procedure in the bankruptcy case of the Spectrum Company (No. A41-2822/2023). The company (TIN 7715808818) is better known under the name "Native", which it had until mid-2022. The initiator of the bankruptcy of the pharmaceutical company on January 16 was the company "New Paradigm" ("NP"), indicating the amount of debt in 140 million rubles.

In January 2023, Rusbankrot reported on the claims of a former partner that forced him to file for bankruptcy. This was preceded by a three-time announcement of the applicant's intentions.

The reason for the bankruptcy was the non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract between the companies "Nativa" and "Mammoth Farm", Vedomosti clarifies. The contract signed in 2016 assumed the supply of substances for the production of medicines. For several years, Mammoth Farm supplied the company with raw materials in the amount of 141.7 million rubles. However, the supplier did not wait for payment, and subsequently ceded the right to claim the debt to NP.

In the past, Nativa became infamous in connection with the production of generics (analogues of medicines protected by patent law). More than 15 lawsuits have been filed against the company for numerous violations of intellectual property rights.

Experts suggest that "NP" may not be the largest claim in the register of creditors. In the queue of creditors, there may be rightholders of medicines who previously demanded compensation, but never received it. In particular, one of the lawsuits between the defendant and Bayer continues. The corporation caught the Russian organization in violation of the rights to Sorafenib, demanding more than 400 million rubles.

The main beneficiary of the company "Spectrum" is currently the same firm "Mammoth Farm", which concluded a cession with the initiator of the bankruptcy firm "NP". The organization owns a share of 83.25%. The remaining assets are owned by the head of the company, Vitaly Voronkov. According to data for 2021, Spectrum (then the organization was also called Nativa) received revenue of 3.17 billion. At the same time, the company's net loss exceeded 524 million.
