THE OWNER OF THE PETERLAND SHOPPING CENTER IN ST. PETERSBURG CAME UNDER EXTERNAL CONTROL
The company "Stremberg" (CJSC), the beneficiary of which is Alexander Kozhin, came under external surveillance. The decision on this was made by the arbitration court in St. Petersburg. The legal regime is established until February 2, 2024. The reason for the decision, sources call the debt of the organization to creditors in the amount of 3.6 billion.

According to experts, the introduction of external management is best suited to the financial interests of the organization. In fact, this gives the firm "Stremberg" the opportunity to avoid bankruptcy.

How much this chance will be realized depends on the business strategy that the company will develop and implement, being under the control of a specialist appointed by the court. It was Pavel Zheltov, representing the association of AU "Orion". The powers of the former CEO of the company Alexey Ryzhkov were terminated.

It is worth recalling that external management was introduced by the court in the context of a long-standing lawsuit, which is being conducted by the participants of the corporate conflict around the shopping and entertainment complex.

In particular, about 1.5 billion rubles were invested in the project at the construction stage by Stroysvyazural 1, which is under the control of Chelyabinsk resident Artur Nikitin.

In 2017, the partner filed for insolvency of the company "Stremberg", indicating 1.23 billion rubles as debt obligations. The company came under surveillance, but it did not bring positive results in resolving the corporate conflict. It remains to be seen whether the postponement granted until 2024 will help the company in this situation.
