THE LOSS OF THE BORISOVSKAYA MINERAL WATER TURNED OUT TO BE THE LIQUIDATION OF THE COMPANY

The local enterprise LLC "Mineral Water "Borisovskaya" produced mineral water of the same name, which was regularly bought and drunk by residents of the region. However, at one point, a loss was discovered – everyone's favorite water stopped coming to the counters.

Puzzled by this question, a local resident wrote to the local administration, which reported that the company was in bankruptcy proceedings.

Indeed, in July 2021, Borisovskaya Mineral Water LLC published a notice of liquidation, and since September, a bankruptcy procedure has been introduced for the company under the simplified rules of the liquidated debtor.

The amount of the company's debts is more than 277 million rubles, the main creditor is PJSC "Bank "FC Otkritie". The company's obligations arose from surety agreements for LLC "Bavaria", to which the bank had previously issued loans, and subsequently the borrower was declared bankrupt.

The company recognized the requirements, noting the excess of liabilities over the assets of the enterprise by almost 20 times.

Currently, the fate of the debtor's assets has not been resolved as part of the bankruptcy procedure, but if they are sold at auction, it is quite possible to resume the production of mineral water.
