In Kuban, the arbitration court ruled on the bankruptcy case of the Technosclad company (No. A32-37993/2020). The resolution on it was adopted back in April 2024, and the full text of the judicial act appeared on May 31. The organization has entered bankruptcy proceedings until October 16, 2024. The court approved Konstantin Pavlushin as the case manager.


The initiator of the bankruptcy of the company managing the network of household appliance stores in Krasnodar was the company "Elkata". The application to the arbitration was sent in September 2020. In May 2022, the applicant's claim was recognized as justified, and the organization introduced a monitoring procedure.

Technosclade appeared in the capital of Kuban in 2015. It is reported that the organization had branches in Stavropol and Kabardino-Balkaria. The company was engaged in the wholesale sale of household electrical goods. Its sole owner and head was Anton Laptev.

It is not known what exactly provoked the bankruptcy of the organization. During the trial period, the creditors' group included 10 legal entities, including Vestel CIS, TD Holder, Kandy CIS, Hansa, etc.

The tax authorities have filed their claims against the company. The latest financial statements were published by the Technosclad Society in 2019. At that time, the company reported revenue of 2.1 billion rubles and a loss of 2.5 million.
