The tax authorities have again filed for bankruptcy of the Linevsky House-Building Plant (LDSK) near Novosibirsk. This is the fourth attempt to recognize the manufacturer of reinforced concrete structures as untenable.

For the first time, the LDSK legal entity became bankrupt on a lawsuit filed in 2011. In 2016, the company was replaced by LLC, established by Nikolai Kosulin. The tax authorities tried to bankrupt his business first in 2019, and then in early 2021. In both cases, the initiative was unsuccessful, and the plant itself received the unofficial nickname "unsinkable" in the media.

LDSK has existed in the Iskitimsky district of the Novosibirsk region since 1976. Initially, the combine (Evsinsky DSC) was part of the Glavnovosibirskstroy structure and produced various reinforced concrete products (reinforced concrete products) for the construction industry. During the period of operation, the company produced about 2.5 million cubic meters of concrete.

In 1992, the company was corporatized. And in 2017-2018, the company implemented an investment project that allowed it to produce products for the construction of buildings of individual series and large-panel houses (efficiency). The main clients of LDSK were developers of the Altai Territory and the Novosibirsk region.

According to the financial statements, the company ended 2021 with losses of 57.6 million rubles with total revenue of 197.6 million rubles. Before that, in 2020, revenue was 168 million rubles, and in 2019 – 312 million rubles.

Experts note that the company's debt to the Federal Tax Service has decreased by now. The company's debt to the Federal Tax Service No. 17 this time is only 26.8 million rubles. For comparison, in 2021, the company concluded a settlement agreement with the tax authorities, according to which it pledged to pay 63 million rubles to budgets of various levels in the next 4 years.
