THE GARBAGE SORTING PLANT IN NOVOSIBIRSK HAS STOPPED PRODUCTION
The capital of Siberia has been left without a plant operated by the Arctic City Group since September 14. The management of the enterprise decided to stop its work in order to wait for the reaction of the persons responsible for public utilities in the city. The company's executive director, Alexander Volkov, blames the incident on a regional operator in the process of bankruptcy, as well as a company transporting waste.

From Volkov's publication on the social network, residents of the city learned that on September 7, the main participants in the conflict were going to a meeting with the deputy governor in charge of the "garbage" reform. However, the intervention of the regional authorities did not correct the situation with separate waste collection (RSO).

At the same time, no one plans to cancel money from the city's population for this service.

The main claims of the Arctic City Group are related to the volume of waste shipped. According to the company, the sorting complex allows processing up to 39 thousand tons of garbage annually. Moreover, if earlier the plant was regularly loaded with waste for 10-12 thousand cubic meters, then recently the volume of imported cargo rarely exceeded 600 cubic meters. meters.

Head of the Regional Operator (Ecology-Novosibirsk) Larisa Anisimova stated that the organization has nothing to do with these claims. According to her, the RSO is transferred to the municipal transport company (Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Spetstavtokhozstvo"), which has concluded a subcontract agreement with Ecotrans-N.

Recall that the regional operator is a "daughter" of VIS Group of Companies, the share of which is about 70%. Last year, the company received losses of more than 628 million rubles, and in February of this year it entered bankruptcy.

On September 5, Rusbankrot already wrote about the decision of the company's creditors to introduce external management in it.

Representatives of the "Special Automobile Company" ("SAH") also do not see any reason for claims from the waste sorting company. The organization, owned by the departments of the Novosibirsk City Hall, ended last year with a profit of 72.2 million rubles.

It is possible that the Iceberg company, as one of the largest market players until recently, could be engaged in garbage removal. However, she was recently declared bankrupt. As noted by Rusbankrot, the company that was part of the Arctic City Group of Companies was literally ruined. At the same time, the organization itself does not consider itself insolvent, insisting that it has major financial claims against the regional operator.
