THE FOUNDER OF THE FIRM "CHERNOMOR-NEFTESTROY" RECEIVED THE STATUS OF BANKRUPT
The Ukrainian businessman Ruslan Povetkin, who worked in the construction of oil production facilities, officially became bankrupt. The decision on this was made by the Kuban court. The amount of the businessman's debt amounted to 786.8 million rubles.

They began to bankrupt Povetkin at the end of last year. The initiator was the "Rosselkhoznadzor", which filed a lawsuit in arbitration. In the spring of 2022, the court found the requirements of the credit institution legitimate and began the procedure for restructuring Povetkin's assets.

It turned out that the businessman does not have any significant property at the expense of which it would be possible to cover the legal costs of bankruptcy. As a result, the money had to be deposited there by the bank itself.

The financial manager appointed to deal with Povetkin's assets submitted a report on July 19. It follows from it that the entrepreneur has a Lexus car worth about 5 million rubles. However, the car turned out to be issued to another person in March 2021.

Now, as stated in the court decision, the deal on the sale of cars must be challenged.

The financial manager did not find any documents confirming the deposit of the entire transaction amount. In addition, in 2021 it was already known that the entrepreneur was in debt to creditors.

Recall that Ruslan Povetkin created Chernomor-Neftestroy in 2014 after moving to the Kuban from Kiev two years earlier. The company was established in Krasnodar, working as a general contractor and customer for the construction of oil facilities. The company's revenue in 2019 amounted to about 2 billion rubles.
