The Moscow arbitration court did not accept the petition of the bankruptcy trustee Roman Romanchev, who demanded to involve entrepreneur Andrey Korkunov, his family members, as well as other persons who controlled the activities of RusCo. The resolution on case no. A41-110482/19 was made public on May 23.

The RusKo company, located in Kolomna near Moscow, was known for the production of crackers under the Vorontsovsky brand. In 2007, the organization was founded by several entrepreneurs, including Korkunov. Before that, he sold a confectionery factory and exclusive rights to chocolate of a well-known brand for $ 300 million. Their buyer was the Wrigley company (currently the Mars structure).

RusCo has been quite successful for more than a decade. The company produced more than 50 tons of products every day. In 2018, the owner of the company became GC "KIS", owned by a company excluded from the number of legal entities in 2019.

In 2020, financial problems arose at RusCo. The company's revenue decreased several times (from 840 million to 354 million). As a result, the company was declared insolvent, and the founder of the business began to undergo debt restructuring.

Sources call Boris Zimin, who served as deputy head of the Crimean government and head of Chernomorneftegaz in 2017-2018, a possible recipient of the assets of the bankrupt enterprise. Part of the production base for the production of "Vorontsov" in August 2022 was acquired by the capital's "Trading House", which applied to Rospatent with an application for registration of the brand of crackers.

Another debt of RusCo, which was at the disposal of SME Bank, was transferred to KargoLainPro in May last year. The amount of debt is 73.62 million rubles. The debt to Ancor-Bank in the amount of 233 million, which remains among RusCo's obligations, is scheduled to be put up for auction in the fall of 2023.

Among the persons whom Romanchev tried to bring to justice, in addition to Korkunov and his family members, the leaders of RusCo, who replaced each other in a responsible position in the period from 2014 to 2019, are also mentioned. However, the arbitration court refused to involve them in the subsidiary.
