Vladimir Opanasenko, whose personality is connected with the scandal about the supply of computers for the MFD of the Russian Federation, declared his own bankruptcy. On August 12, he submitted a corresponding application to the Moscow arbitration court. On August 23, it was reported that the court accepted the application of the founder of the T-Platform technology company. This is evidenced by the TIN (the number indicated on the website indicates a specific person).

In March 2019, a businessman was detained in the capital in connection with the supply of office equipment for the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It was about computers designed on the basis of Baikal processors, worth more than 357 million rubles. A case was initiated on a crime involving liability of up to 10 years in prison. And although the criminal case itself has not been closed (the entrepreneur was subsequently released) and, according to sources, currently works at Rostec in a senior position.

At the end of last year, Opanasenko was already tried to bankrupt by employees of the IFNS No. 36, who filed an insolvency claim in court.

And although the practice of bankruptcy of individuals on the initiative of tax authorities is not very common, the process could begin as early as January 2022. However, the arbitration returned the application, since the tax authorities did not provide evidence that the necessary financing for bankruptcy was deposited with the court.

As for the company he founded, according to approximate calculations, it owes the Russian Federation about 3.26 billion rubles. The decision on this was made by the Moscow arbitration court on the claim of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. In this amount, the fine alone takes about half a billion rubles. The rest of the debt is financing within the framework of subsidies received by the firm from the ministry in 2016. At that time, Opanasenko was the head of the company, as well as its main beneficiary.

It is known that Opanasenko has been having a trial with the state corporation VEB since 2020.The Russian Federation, which is trying to recover 1.65 billion from a businessman.

Starting in the arbitration court in February 2020, the case gradually migrated to the court of general jurisdiction. It was about the repurchase of shares of the company "T-platform", which the entrepreneur never carried out.

In March 2021, the Gagarin District Court of the capital sided with the state corporation. The businessman's attempt to appeal to the Moscow City Court did not bring positive results. The cassation of Opanasenko also did not support. As a result, the court's decision to pay damages (1.54 billion), penalties (106 million) and reimbursement of court costs (200 thousand) was upheld.
