THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE DECLARED KRASNODAR GENSTROYKAPITAL BANKRUPT
On August 25, 2025, the arbitration Court in Kuban ruled on the insolvency of Genstroykapital (GSK LLC). The bankruptcy proceedings were opened until February 16, 2026. The court's decision was the result of a lawsuit initiated by the Krasnodar inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 4.

Bankruptcy proceedings involve procedures aimed at distributing its assets among creditors. Dmitry Denisenko, representing the interests of the Moscow Association of Professional Entrepreneurs, was approved for the role of bankruptcy trustee. Previously, he was also involved in the surveillance procedure.

GSK was registered in Krasnodar in the summer of 2019. Until recently, the company was headed by Shalva Latsabidze. The organization specialized in the construction of housing and non-residential facilities.

The bankruptcy procedure began in March 2025. The company was transferred to the monitoring stage. However, despite plans to convene the first creditors' meeting on August 14, it never took place due to a lack of quorum.

The court found that the period of the company's stay in the monitoring stage exceeds the permissible seven months. According to the manager, it is impossible to restore the financial stability of the business.

The court also noted that the delay in the process hinders the appointment of a bankruptcy trustee and increases the cost of litigation. In addition, the interim manager said that GSK lacks the necessary resources to restore its solvency.

The case did not provide any documents confirming the possibility of financial recovery of the company. As a result, the AC CC came to the conclusion that it was necessary to transfer the organization to bankruptcy proceedings.
