On March 11, 2024, the Moscow arbitration Court recognized the insolvency of Progress-N. In the past, the company, called Promsvyaznedvizhimost (PSN), was owned by the Ananyev brothers and managed Moscow and St. Petersburg real estate.

The company itself initiated the process in June 2023 by filing for bankruptcy in court (case no.A40-123699/2023). The initial amount of obligations specified in the claim amounted to over 541 million rubles. In August 2023, when surveillance was introduced, the amount of debt exceeded 13.8 billion. The obligations were not disputed by the debtor himself.

The bankruptcy procedure is scheduled until September 2024. On September 11, the court plans to hear the report of the bankruptcy trustee, for whose role Anton Nikolaev was approved, representing the non-profit partnership the self-regulating organization of arbitration managers "Razvitie"

PSN has been working on the market since 2000. The company specialized in residential and commercial real estate development. Until 2017, the owners of the organization were Dmitry and Alexey Ananyev. Then the reorganization of Promsvyazbank (PSB) began, the brothers divided the assets. The company became the full ownership of Dmitry Ananyev. In 2018, the former president of the PSN group Dmitry Ermolov became the owner of the company.

In 2019 and 2021, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow decided several times to arrest the Ananyevs on various criminal charges. In 2019, they were suspected of embezzling a large amount of funds ($575 million and 66 billion) belonging to the PSB. According to investigators, in 2017, they and their accomplices transferred assets to the company's accounts in the Netherlands.

In 2021, the court issued a similar verdict on suspicion of loan fraud. According to the investigative department, during the period from 2014 to 2017, bankers transferred about 6.7 billion to the accounts of affiliated structures in Cyprus. The funds were transferred as loans allocated by the bank.

Earlier, Rusbankrot had already covered the situation in the Ananyev case. In June 2020, Dmitry Ananyev's bankruptcy was reported. In November 2023, it became known that the supervisory authority upheld the court's decision to recover 91.2 billion rubles from bankers.
