In Kuban, the arbitration imposed liability on the company Naderix Holdings Ltd., registered in Cyprus. The basis was the debt of the "Tin Can Manufactory", in which the organization was the founder. Also, responsibility is imposed on Sergey Dmitrienko, who led the company in 2011-2017.

"Tin can manufactory" came under surveillance in the summer of 2015. The bankruptcy process was initiated by the company "SPS K" from the Moscow region. The basis was a debt of 17.3 million, Kommersant reports. Later, the register also included the claims of other creditors, including tax authorities (45.8 million). The manufactory turned out to owe millions of dollars to the companies "Autobahn-Yug" (11.2 million), TD "Agromir M" (48.8), "Oliva Premium" (20.7 million).

"Tin can Manufactory" was registered in 2006. The company is registered in the city of Krymsk. The specialization of production is the production of "other metal products".

In 2013, the company managed to extract more than 68 million rubles from the insurance company "MAX". The company was a victim of a flood that occurred in the region. Prior to that, in May 2012, the company concluded a property insurance contract with the insurer, which provided protection for the company's equipment, vehicles and premises.

Heavy rains that occurred in Krymsk on July 7, 2012, flooded the organization's facilities and production facilities. However, the insurer, who examined the damage after the occurrence of the insured event, refused to pay. Litigation has begun in arbitration courts.

In September 2013, the appeal overturned the decision of the court of first instance, considering the amount of damage presented by the manufactory (86.4 million) to be untrue. And only in cassation, the manufactory managed to recover 66.9 million in insurance compensation and 1.4 million in compensation for the appraiser's expenses.

By 2021, the financial situation at the enterprise has become negative. The organization 's revenue amounted to 390 thousand with losses of 5.5 million. Already at the end of 2021, the rights of the bankrupt Kuban company to its counterparties were put up for auction.

It is known that TD "Agromir" owed the company 9.4 million. The debt of PC "Contech" to the manufactory amounted to 22 million. However, it was not possible to hold an auction. No one took part in the auction.
