IFNS No. 7 in Moscow applied to the court. Initially, the applicant asked to include in the debtor's register about 6 million rubles of arrears on mandatory payments that arose as a result of non-payment of personal income tax and insurance premiums.

Subsequently, the requirement was clarified – the IFNS asked to include 2,299,560. 68 rubles in the third turn of the register, 3,733,907. 99 rubles in the second turn.

During today's meeting, the statement was found to be justified. In relation to the debtor, a bankruptcy procedure was introduced – supervision.

At the moment, neither the operative part nor the full text of the final definition has yet been published.

Earlier, the debtor tried to appeal the ruling on the acceptance of the tax application for production, but the courts of two instances refused to satisfy it, and the complaint to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation has not yet been submitted to the meeting of the Judicial Board for Economic Disputes.

Taking into account this circumstance, there are grounds to believe that after the publication of the definition on the introduction of surveillance, the debtor's complaint will follow.
