The court has completed the bankruptcy proceedings against the film company 2D Film
The film company "2D Film," formerly known as "2D Celluloid," has been officially liquidated by a court order (AC GM). The bankruptcy proceedings have been completed, meaning its market operations have ceased (case No. A40-2145/2025).

One of the key stages of the case was Roman Sviridov's appeal to the court. As a result, the court fully upheld his claims as a producer. The claim concerned a debt of approximately 2 million rubles for serving as creative producer on the "Extracurricular Readings" project. The contract was signed back in 2021 but remained unpaid. Collection of this debt occurred last fall.

A significant portion of the company's debt consisted of claims from government agencies. Previously, the court upheld claims by the Ministry of Culture and the Cinema Fund, which demanded the return of over 243 million rubles. The funds represented state support allocated for the production of several films. As a result, the debt was included in the registry.

The film company's debt exceeded 245 million. The largest creditors were the Cinema Fund (142 million) and tax authorities (Moscow Federal Tax Service Inspectorate No. 33), who filed claims for 101 million rubles.

A key circumstance in the case was the organization's lack of assets. According to Fedresurs, this made it impossible to satisfy the stated financial claims. The court applied a simplified bankruptcy procedure provided for legal entities undergoing liquidation.

Despite the financial collapse, the film company left its mark on the industry. Notable projects include "Good Boy" (2016) and "Happy End" (2020). These are considered key works for the studio, which is associated with film producer and sports commentator Vasily Solovyov.
