The developer of the residential complex "Lights of Siberia" in the center of Novosibirsk has been declared bankrupt. The decision on the case (no. A45-438/2023) was made by the Arbitration Court on April 24, 2023. The initiator of the bankruptcy of the "City in the city" (JSC) in January was the company "Skat", which declared a debt of 330 thousand rubles.


The company "Skat" performed repair and finishing works for the developer. The contract was signed in December 2020. However, the work stipulated in the contract has not been paid. As a result, the counterparty was forced to go to court. A court order for the recovery of 325,484 rubles 51 kopecks was issued on November 28, 2022 (case no. A45-32642/2022).

The court approved Dmitry Sokolov, representing the AAU "Center for Financial Rehabilitation of Agro-Industrial Enterprises", as the bankruptcy trustee in the case. Now he has to sell the company's existing assets in order to compensate the creditor. The bankruptcy procedure is set until October 17.

Two years ago, businessman Ilya Zhavoronkov filed for bankruptcy of the company. He provided agency services to the developer. In addition, the company rented office space from him. As a result, the organization owed 21.1 million, Kommersant writes. But the arbitration left the entrepreneur's claim without consideration, as well as several applications from other creditors. At the same time, they were compensated for the losses caused.

"City within a city" is a B2B–Development structure. Previously, the owner of the organization was Vladimir Burov, president of the Bouquet Group of companies. Currently, according to information from open sources, 1% is assigned to his son Yuri.

The residential complex "Lights of Siberia", erected by the developer on the territory of "NZHK" ("Novosibirsk Zhirkombinat"), was supposed to include a group of multi-storey buildings on an area of 300 thousand square meters. m. Seven of the eight houses were built.

JSC "NZHK" was previously part of the holding "Solar Products", the beneficiary of which was Vladimir Burov. Later, the combine bought Rusagro.
