THE COMPANY OF THE DEVELOPER OF ELITE COTTAGES NEAR YEKATERINBURG WAS TAKEN UNDER SURVEILLANCE

On December 29, 2022, the arbitration of the Sverdlovsk Region issued a ruling on the bankruptcy case of Unit Development (case no. A60-57023/2022). The company, previously owned by entrepreneur Alexander Kharisov, was decided to be taken under surveillance. It is curious that the size of the creditor's claims is only 768 thousand.

The initiator of the bankruptcy of the company was the entrepreneur Alexandrina Postnova. Earlier, the woman signed a cession agreement, having bought the rights of claim from the ASK Unit company, which completed the insolvency process in August last year. The share in 50% of the bankrupt company belonged to the CEO of Unit Development, Alexander Kharisov.

ASK Unit was declared bankrupt in the spring of 2019. Some time later, the son of her co-founder Roman Kharisov became the founder of another construction company with a similar name ("Architectural and Construction Company Unit"). The company worked as a developer, erecting luxury cottages in the Sysertsky district near Yekaterinburg.

The firm "Unit Development" is based in the village of Kadnikovo of the same Sysertsky district. The company's specialization is architecture. It is known that in 2021, the company's revenue decreased by 88%, dropping to 4.1 million.
