THE CO-OWNER OF THE PHARMACY FROM THE WAREHOUSE WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT
On March 13, 2024, the arbitration court ruled on the bankruptcy case of Andrei Godovalov. A Perm businessman engaged in the pharmaceutical business was declared insolvent (case no. A50-28799/2023). At the end of November 2023, the entrepreneur personally applied to arbitration, initiating the process. He admitted to having debts in the amount of 4,273,200,327.35 rubles.
Godovalov started doing business in 1998. Subsequently, the capital firm "Godovalov" was established, under the management of which the pharmaceutical network "Pharmacy from the warehouse" was located. Now its activities have been curtailed.
As Rusbankrot reported, the arbitration court accepted Godovalov's application at the end of December last year. The entrepreneur's property assets were arrested in December at the request of Sberbank.
The company "Godovalov", through which the entrepreneur and his partner Nikolai Shavrin managed the pharmacy chain, also went into liquidation. The requirements for the company reached 4.1 billion in October.
The co-owner of the company, Nikolai Shavrin, also filed for bankruptcy. However, its consideration was postponed by the court until March 28, 2024 due to procedural violations committed during the filing. The amount of the declared debt is 4.18 billion.
