THE BANKRUPTCY OF THE MANUFACTURER OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES HAS BEEN INITIATED IN NOVOSIBIRSK

JSC "Soyuz-Electronics" ("SAL") – the parent company of the holding "NEVZ-Soyuz" – has decided on bankruptcy. The application from the company was submitted to the arbitration of the Novosibirsk region. The amount of debt indicated during the appeal exceeds 50.5 million. The Court has yet to set a date for reviewing the documents received.

Two years ago, the organization was already becoming a candidate for bankruptcy. Then the claim was sent to arbitration by employees of the Federal Tax Service. The tax authorities indicated the presence of debts of more than 60 million. Rusbankrot wrote in detail about this case in 2020.

The company's management explained the presence of debts by a decrease in revenue associated with the volume of orders received from the state for products. As a result, the company's employees were transferred to work in other enterprises of the holding.

In 2021, it became known that the company was not declared bankrupt. The arbitration terminated the process in the case of "SAL". The management of the organization managed to come to an agreement with the tax authorities by signing a settlement agreement approved in court.

What exactly caused the bankruptcy this time is not reported. The company, known as a manufacturer of generator lamps of the microwave range necessary for the production of radar and telecommunications systems, independently decided to recognize its own insolvency. It remains only to assume how this circumstance may affect the activities of the entire holding.
