MAGNITOGORSK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY "TECHNOSTROY" WAS SENT UNDER SURVEILLANCE

On September 8, 2023, the Chelyabinsk Arbitration Court considered the Federal Tax Service's claim for bankruptcy of Technostroy (TIN 7455003544) and introduced a monitoring procedure. Pavel Semenov, representing the Union of AU "Creation", was approved as the interim manager in the case (No. A76-6098/2023).

The tax authorities (MI FTS No. 16) appealed to the arbitration court in March. The demands of the fiscal amounted to more than 255.5 million rubles. The amount included over 152.3 million of the principal debt, according to local media. Another 102.2 million were penalties and 1.14 million penalties.

Technostroy became famous due to its participation in the construction of sinter plant No. 5 of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works. In July 2019, the facility was inaugurated in the presence of the head of state. The cost of equipment for the sinter plant supplied by Chinese partners amounted to about 6.7 billion.

In 2022, Technostroy's revenue amounted to 296 million. The year brought the company losses of 242 million. The sole beneficiary of the company is Marat Alguzhin. Part of the company's property is pledged by VTB Bank and the tax authorities.

The businessman manages several other firms of various profiles, including the city hotel "Magnitnaya". The company owned by him, Vesna, was previously convicted of illegal mining of precious metals in Bashkortostan. The firm used agricultural land for gold mining.
