Krasnodar holding ‘OST’ launched bankruptcy proceedings
The ‘OST’ group of companies, which has been operating in Krasnodar since 2011, was taken under surveillance.  The bankruptcy proceedings were introduced by the regional arbitration court at the request of ‘Prostorgroup’ company, which demands 2.4 billion rubles from the defendant.

The court appointed Konstantin Pavlushin, a member of the ABC ‘CFRC AIC’ to temporarily head the debtor company.  He must submit his report on March 21, 2022.
The ‘Prostorgroup’ company took the initiative to drive the ‘OST’ holding to bankruptcy, relying on the decision of the court in case ¹ A32-12450 / 2020.
Judicial proceedings began on June 18, 2021.  It follows from the materials of the case that the plaintiff filed a claim for more than 2.5 million rubles, including 2.4 million rubles of the principal debt, but the court agreed to include only 2.337 million rubles of the principal debt in the register of creditors’ claims and almost 85 thousand of penalty.

The ‘OST’ group of companies, the owner and head of which is Alexander Pak, has been engaged in the construction of residential buildings (in particular, 57 houses in the Gidrostroiteley microdistrict), administrative buildings, gas stations and oil depots.  The company finished last year with an insignificant profit of 49 thousand rubles, having attracted the revenue of 6.9 million.
Earlier, the arbitration has already considered a bankruptcy petition, which was submitted to the organization by the Krasnodar Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 1 (case ¹ A32-41046 / 21).
However, the process actually had no time to begin - the parties did not appear in court, the necessary documents were not presented, and the case was closed.
