INTERIM MEASURES WERE IMPOSED ON THE "GOLDEN YURT"
In the Chelyabinsk Region, the bankruptcy process of the Installer continues. The arbitration recently forbade the bankruptcy trustee to distribute the proceeds in the event of a successful sale of assets. First of all, we are talking about the Golden Yurt hotel complex. An attempt to put it up for auction for 41.4 million rubles last month was unsuccessful.

Applications from those wishing to purchase it have not been received.

The verdict of the court was adopted on the application received from the creditor of the firm Anna Dubrovskaya. The property claims of the daughter of the ex-governor of the Chelyabinsk region Boris Dubrovsky amount to 416 million.

In February 2022, the court refused to establish a collateral status for the hotel (its area is 2.7 thousand square meters) and a plot of land of 7.4 thousand square meters. meters. Now the woman demands to review the arbitration decision on newly discovered circumstances. In essence, this issue will be considered on September 20. The amount of Dubrovskaya's claims for it is more than 216.3 million rubles. The Installer software received the status of bankrupt in 2020.

In the course of legal proceedings, the claims against the company exceeded 1.8 billion. Moreover, there were more than 180 subjects in the register who have financial claims against the company.

Sources link the company's activities with the family business of the ex-governor. During the period when his son Alexander was the owner of the company (2017-2018), it won five large construction orders.

In 2019, the top management in the organization changed. The large-scale construction of the congress hall on the Miassa embankment, the amount of which was estimated at 18 billion, was stopped. The organization has not paid off its contractors.

The director of the company Alexey Pavlyuk came under charges of fraud. Claims from the tax authorities and salary delays were also added to them. Subsequently, Pavlyuk was also declared insolvent with a debt of 193 million.

And while the bankruptcy proceedings for the "Installer" continues, the manager Elena Solomka continues to challenge the transactions that were made shortly before the recognition of the organization as insolvent.

In May, the arbitration invalidated several transactions for which the firm transferred 37.3 million rubles to Dubrovsky. The transfer of another large sum (73.3 million rubles) in 2019-2020 was also partially challenged in court.

According to lawyers interviewed on this issue by Kommersant, Anna Dubrovskaya's current attempt to establish a collateral status for a hotel and other real estate may be successful. But even in this case, she will be able to receive some part of the funds only after other creditors in the order of priority.

Of course, there is always a chance that the daughter of the former governor will challenge her status in the case and change the order. In the meantime, the sale of equipment and special equipment belonging to the bankrupt continues.
