IN THE KUBAN, the BANKRUPTCY OF THE "COMPRESSOR PLANT"
BEGAN, the arbitration introduced the monitoring procedure in LLC "Compressor Plant" from Krasnodar at the request of the National Standard bank. The company, which is part of the Tegas industrial group, turned out to be insolvent as a guarantor for the obligations of one of the group members.

"Compressor Plant" ("KZ") was established in the capital of Kuban in 2008. The company is managed and owned by Igor Voroshilov. Until recently, three other structures with similar brand names were under the control of the entrepreneur. All of them are parts of the Tegas Industrial Group.

The reason for the bankruptcy was the insolvency of the company LLC "Tegas" under the loan agreement, Kommersant reports. In it, the plant acted as one of the guarantors. The credit line was opened by the bank in 2018. Its size was 160 million rubles. The company failed to return the money by July 20, 2020, as required by the terms of the agreement, and its bankruptcy began.

The condition of the agreements with the National Standard was the pledge of the entire property of the Krasnodar Compressor Plant (KKZ), also part of the Tegas PG. Unlike KZ, where Voroshilov is the sole beneficiary, the entrepreneur's share in KKZ is 80%. Another co-owner of the company is the company "Spetsmashservice" from Bashkiria, which is now trying to protest collateral and mortgage transactions.

The amount of the company's debt obligations to the credit institution amounted to more than 215.1 million rubles, including the amount of the penalty (32.5 million) and the interest accrued during the court proceedings (30.9 million). The court appointed Pavel Rezvan as a temporary manager for the period of observation.
