IN THE KRASNODAR TERRITORY, THE REGIONAL CONSUMER UNION WAS ATTRACTED TO A SUBSIDY FOR 22 MILLION
The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory determined the amount of subsidiary liability to the former director of the plant Grigory Artyukhov and the Temryuksky District Union of Consumer Societies (raypotrebsoyuz). 22.4 million rubles will be collected from the persons who controlled the Starotitarovskaya Bakery.
The relevant information is published in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information (EFRSB).
Grigory Artyukhov and the Temryuk District Consumer Union were brought to subsidiary responsibility back in April. However, the amount of debt has not been established.
As Kommersant clarifies, Grigory Artyukhov was the head of both the bakery and the Temryuk District Union of Consumer Societies.
LLC "Starotitarovsky Bakery" was declared bankrupt in 2018. The revenue of the regional consumer union in 2021 amounted to 10 million rubles, and the profit – 55 thousand rubles.
