IN KAMCHATKA, CITIZENS BEGAN TO DECLARE THEMSELVES BANKRUPT MORE OFTEN
According to the information of the Kamchatka Arbitration Court, the number of bankrupts in the region has increased significantly over the year. In the first six months, 348 bankruptcy applications were filed in the region.
This is 106 more than in the same period a year earlier. 279 applications related to the bankruptcy of individuals, 54 – bankruptcy of legal entities, another 15 – related to individual entrepreneurs. In 2021, only 175 individuals in Kamchatka wished to declare themselves bankrupt.
According to RAI KAMCHATKA-INFORM, 238 bankruptcy cases have been completed: 67 bankruptcies of legal entities, 4 – sole proprietors, 167 – individuals. It is also noted that bankruptcy proceedings in 15 cases have ended, the sale of property has been completed in 155 cases (a year earlier it was possible only in 97 cases).
In the first half of 2022, 215 individuals were declared bankrupt in Kamchatka.
The number of bankrupt citizens increased by 26%.
The number of bankrupt citizens has also increased throughout Russia. In the first six months of 2022, 121,313 Russians became bankrupt, exceeding the figures of the previous year by 37.8%. Most of the bankrupts are observed in the Moscow region (6058 citizens), Moscow (5664), Krasnodar Krai (5660) and Bashkortostan (5114).
