The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory received an application from the bankruptcy commissioner in the bankruptcy case of Danycom JSC. The ex-beneficiaries of the company, which was declared insolvent in October 2021, are planned to be brought to subsidiary liability.  The relevant information was published on the fedresurs.ru website.

The current bankruptcy commissioner plans to collect the required amount jointly from all seven owners at once, including Ekaterina Shmyrina, Maria Baeva and others. The amount of claims has not yet been determined, although the company's total claims exceed 933 million rubles.

We should remind our readers that the financial problems of DanycomJSC became clear at the beginning of 2021. In February, Rusbankrot wrote about the lawsuit filed by Megalabs, which had previously won a case in court to recover 933 million rubles. Events developed quite rapidly, the process began at the request of the creditor and the defendant was unable to interrupt it.

By this fall, it became clear that the company had every chance of getting bankruptcy status.

The branch of the holding, which worked in the virtual mobile communications market, was declared insolvent. As reported in the publication of Rusbankrot, the firm was unable to repay the debt of more than 1.28

The organization, operating under the Danycom brand, received fairly good revenue in 2019 (about 7.2 billion rubles), but ended up mired in debt obligations. As reported by the Expert South media outlet, the organization was excluded from the rating of large business, although for several years in a row it was considered quite successful. The bankruptcy of the firm has changed everything.
