ELECTRON PILOT PLANT IN TYUMEN, IT WAS DECLARED INSOLVENT FOR THE SECOND TIME
ELECTRON PILOT PLANT IN TYUMEN, IT WAS DECLARED INSOLVENT FOR THE SECOND TIME
One of the leading Russian enterprises of the oil industry was declared bankrupt in Tyumen. The company was already declared insolvent three years ago, but in 2020, arbitration replaced the bankruptcy procedure with external management, which continued until recently. However, it has not been possible to restore solvency in two years and now the organization will probably be liquidated in the process of bankruptcy proceedings.
During the last two years, an external manager, Anatoly Nii, has been trying to save the company from bankruptcy. The organization's debt of 144 million rubles could be reduced by 45%. To this end, the manager prepared a draft settlement agreement with creditors.
It would be possible to solve the debt problem as a result of the sale of the company's assets. The research institute, according to sources, tried to put them up for auction for 311 million rubles. However, it was not possible to sell the plant.
The Tyumen regional Department of the Federal Tax Service blocked the auction, believing that the assets would be sold at an undervalued price. As a result, the obligations remained, and the creditors did not receive compensation.
It is known that a new legal entity JSC "Neutron" was created on the basis of the property complex of the enterprise. Experts estimated the total value of its share capital at 311 million. An attempt to hold the first auction for their sale was unsuccessful, since there were no people willing to purchase securities at this price. The second auction, where the property was sold at a 10% discount (at a price of almost 280 million), was also unsuccessful.
The company develops and manufactures block-technological and block-modular equipment. The company has been operating in Tyumen since 1969. Her specialization, in particular, traditionally included the creation of control and measuring devices, various automatics for the oil and gas sector.
In 1993, the plant was privatized and became a joint-stock company. After that, the company was repeatedly awarded various awards, was a member of the Union of Oil and Gas Producers of Russia
