The Arbitration Court of Dagestan (AS RD) recognized the financial insolvency of the economic society "Children of the Mountains Kindergarten Network" (case no.A15-7360/2024). The corresponding entry dated November 20 appeared in the judicial file. The court's decision marked the beginning of bankruptcy proceedings, which will last six months.

The authority to manage the bankruptcy procedure is vested in Said Murtazaliev. His duties will include the formation of a register of creditors' claims and the implementation of all measures provided for by law.

The founder of the network, which has been working in the field of preschool education since 2008, is Askhab Dalgatov. According to SPARK-Interfax, the authorized capital of the company is fixed at the level of 10 thousand rubles. The financial results for 2023 show revenue of about 7 million rubles and a net profit of 1.5 million rubles.

The demands for declaring the company insolvent came from Sberbank, which claimed arrears on the principal debt of 6.33 million rubles, as well as penalties approaching 20 thousand rubles. From the moment the information is published, creditors have a two-month period to file their financial claims.

The network's problems have attracted the attention of the authorities before. In 2023, the head of Dagestan, Sergei Melikov, instructed to study the issue of resuming state support after the appeal of the network's owner, Hadji Murad Dalgatov, to stop funding from the regional Ministry of Education and Science.

Kindergartens located in Kizilyurt, Kizilyurt and Khasavyurt districts previously received stable budget funding, which was subsequently suspended. Melikov noted the republic's interest in cooperation with responsible entrepreneurs implementing socially significant initiatives.
