Building Association IN the Urals continues to experience pressure from creditors of the Kyshtym Machine Building Association. He is threatened with bankruptcy. Another message about its plans to apply to arbitration with a claim for insolvency of Kyshtym Machine-Building Association JSC was shared by Formula Alloys Group of Companies LLC (TIN 5404214102).
In a publication on the Fedresurs portal, the creditor informs that on May 12, 2023, he won the case against Kyshtym Machine-Building Association JSC in Novosibirsk arbitration (No. A45-32468/2022). The debtor has not yet repaid the debt in the amount of 603 thousand rubles, which may become the basis for applying to the court.
The Formula Alloys Group of Companies is not the only creditor that has recently threatened Kyshtym's city-forming company with insolvency. Last year, the fiscal authorities already filed a bankruptcy claim against Kyshtym Machine-Building Association JSC.
According to the initial calculations of the Chelyabinsk Federal Tax Service No. 3, the organization owed the treasury about 120 million rubles. In the process of litigation, the amount of debt increased to 152.5 million. As a result, in February 2024, the participants in the process agreed that the plant would repay the debt in three years, paying the debt in equal installments every month.
The company "Transport Development Group" demands about 9 million from the Kyshtym enterprise. The debt to her had also previously been fixed by an arbitration decision (case no. A76-15376/2024). Therefore, an insolvency claim filed by a company may turn out to be a very real, rather than a psychological threat. Uralkopring-invest also announced plans to file a bankruptcy claim against Kyshtym Machine-Building Association JSC.
In March 2024, the arbitration closed another insolvency case of Kyshtym Machine-Building Association JSC, initiated by Tsvetmet Trade and Production Company (No. A76-33502/2023). Her stated debt to the organization was only 601 thousand rubles.
Kyshtym Machine-Building Association JSC currently manages the oldest machine-building plant in the Urals, which produces tools and equipment for mining drilling. It is currently part of the Kamex holding. According to data for 2022, the company suffered losses in the amount of almost 115 million with revenue of 895.8 million. Before that, the company was profitable, and its revenue in 2020 and 2021 amounted to 1.97 billion and 1.1 billion, respectively.
