Creditors driving the unique Tyazhstankogidropress plant to bankruptcy
The Arbitration court of the Novosibirsk Region is considering a case on declaring Tyazhstankogidropress plant PJSC bankrupt.  The day before, the court found the creditor's claims justified and introduced a monitoring procedure for a period of six months.

Financial claims against the debtor were the first to be filed by Tool Steel LLC, and the total amount of debt turned out to be to 335 thousand rubles. The application was submitted at the end of May this year.

During this time, the tax inspection, Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Novosibirsk LLC, as well as the debtor himself, who filed for bankruptcy, also announced their intention to participate in the case.

The debt load, according to Tyazhstankogidropress's own calculations, amounted to 1.1 billion rubles.

‘Tyazhstankogidropress’ PJSC started to work during the Second World War and is currently engaged in the production of metal cutting machines and hydraulic presses.

It should be added that the company has been experiencing financial difficulties for two years now. This spring, the head of the Novosibirsk organization of the Russian Trade Union of Industrial Workers, Evgeny Plakhov, already announced that the company intended to reduce the number of staff, since electricity was cut off in the workshops due to debts. Then the management of the plant repeatedly announced reductions is staff, but later withdrew some of the notifications. According to Plakhov, it is important to retain the plant's employees, since it will be difficult to find such valuable personnel again, reports Kommersant-Siberia.
