The General Meeting of creditors of the Rusgrad construction company voted to declare it insolvent. The procedure of bankruptcy proceedings has been initiated.
The creditors chose Vitaly Tikhomirov (AAU "Sirius") as the bankruptcy trustee. Now he must take over the property of Rusgrad, conduct its inventory (no later than three months from the date of the introduction of bankruptcy proceedings, if a longer period is not determined by the court).
In addition, the KU must file lawsuits against the debtors of the bankrupt and challenge suspicious transactions.
The bankruptcy procedure itself started last fall. Then more than 70 creditors demanded to declare the construction company bankrupt. Among them are Sovcombank, Stroy-Com, IC LiderGroup.
The Rusgrad construction company has built the Koltsovo Airport in Yekaterinburg, the Ural Airlines hangar complex, the Yekaterinburg-Expo exhibition center, a hotel and several car centers.
