COURT OF ARBITRATION ACCEPTED A PETITION ON THE INSOLVENCY OF THE TVZAVR ONLINE CINEMA
Moscow Court of Arbitration accepted an application for declaring the insolvency of TVzavr LLC for production. The company has existed since 2010 and is the largest online cinema in Russia. According to her its own data, the monthly audience of the cinema is over 35 million users.
The application for declaring bankruptcy of the company was initiated by Nikita Kisloshchenko. The amount of the debt owed to him has not been disclosed, however, it is known that there has been a decision of the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow on his claim.
In February of this year, the court ruled
to recover a debt in the amount of over 28 million rubles from TVzavr LLC in favor of Kisloschenko.
It was formed within the framework of an agreement on the provision of advertising services, reports RBC.
The issue of the validity of the stated claims will be considered in court on June 15, after which other creditors will not have much time to identify their claims.
At the moment, there are a lot of claims against TVzavr LLC in the file of arbitration cases, some of them have already been considered and may be used to confirm debts in the company's bankruptcy case.
