The former head of the agro-industrial production is suspected of fraud with the property of the organization. According to employees of the regional prosecutor's office, as a result of transactions made by him during the passage of one of the bankruptcy procedures by the company, it lost 7.1 million rubles
The investigation believes that the director agreed (entered into a criminal conspiracy) with the manager to withdraw money by selling assets at a lower price. The materials of the prosecution amounted to 38 volumes.
The trial of the former director has yet to be held. In the meantime, his personal property worth more than 7.3 million rubles has been arrested.
The prosecutor's office believes that 23 creditors of an organization undergoing bankruptcy proceedings suffered from criminal actions.
According to statistics presented on the portal of the Prosecutor General's Office, 570 different crimes in the sphere of economy were recorded in the region in January-July 2022. The alleged crime of the head of the agricultural firm is included in this list.
