BANKRUPTCY OF THE BUSINESS COACH OF THE "CLUB OF MILLIONAIRES" IN CHITA COMING TO ITS FINAL STAGE

Vitaly Kozak, who teaches financial literacy at the representative office of the “Club of Millionaires” in Chita, is waiting for the completion of the bankruptcy procedure.  The local deputy and entrepreneur was declared bankrupt on January 25, 2022.  Now his assets are put up for sale, which does not prevent him from continuing his teaching career.

Kozak's property is being sold at an initial price of 5 million rubles. A residential building and a land plot were put up for auction. The area of   the house is 268 sq. meters, and the area of   the rest of the property - 1047 sq. meters. Since March 2019, these assets have been pledged to “Sovcombank”.

The entrepreneur himself, in an interview with chita.ru, said that he did not see a huge tragedy in his insolvency. He cites a similar story that happened to the president of the “Club of Millionaires”, Maxim Temchenko, as an example and clarifies that his example is nothing more than a mistake of a person who tried to do something real.

Another well-known example that inspires Kozak is the career of Donald Trump. It is known that the former US president went bankrupt seven times, after which he was elected the head of the state.

In training courses ads that had previously circulated through the local media, Kozak was portrayed as a personal finance expert and practicing investor.

It was reported that the training was based on real examples. It is quite possible that the example of bankruptcy can indeed become one of such cases, designed for experienced managers striving for the rational organization of their business.
