BANKRUPT AGROCOMPLEX "DUCK FARMS" HAS FALLEN IN PRICE BY 25%
The South Ural agricultural complex "Duck Farms", declared bankrupt in early 2019, was again put up for sale – now for a little more than 390 million rubles. At the same time, its value decreased by about 97 million rubles compared to the auction last year. This is evidenced by data from Fedresurs.
The agrocomplex itself is located in the Krasnoarmeysky district of the Chelyabinsk region. 23 poultry houses, fences, a slaughter and processing shop, and equipment are being sold at auction. In addition, the property includes the right to lease land and the trademark "Utkino". External roads leading to production sites, worth 4.2 million rubles, are also put up for auction.
Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until March 24. The auction step is 10%. The minimum threshold for cost reduction is 30% of the starting price.
