ANOTHER BANKRUPTCY APPLICATION HAS BEEN FILED FOR KHORTYTSYA LLC FROM KHOTIN'S PORTFOLIO
The Tax Service appealed to the Arbitration Court of Moscow with a bankruptcy application for LLC Khortytsia from the portfolio of oil assets of the ex-owner of Bank Yugra Alexey Khotin.
Previously, LLC Khortytsia had a license to develop the Multanovskoye field in the KhMAO, which was later reissued to LLC Multanovsky. At the moment, the claim for its bankruptcy is under consideration.
As noted, the organization owes the tax authorities over 334 million rubles. NGDU East Siberia LLC paid this amount as part of the bankruptcy case of Khortytsia LLC, however, later refused the claims, and the case was discontinued.
Recall that the collapse of the Ugra bank continues to affect the bankruptcy of a number of structures. The financial institution, the beneficiary of which was Alexey Khotin, collapsed after large-scale embezzlement of funds issued under the guise of loans to various companies was discovered there.
As a result, the bank's depositors had to pay about 170 billion rubles. At the same time, the main assets of Ugra were loans issued to 133 legal entities in the amount of 264 billion.
