A GRAIN PRODUCER FROM STAVROPOL WENT BANKRUPT DUE TO A DEBT OF 12 MILLION
An agricultural enterprise specializing in grain cultivation has been declared bankrupt in Stavropol. The Arbitration Court of the region has decided on the bankruptcy of S.V.Lutsenko Agricultural Enterprise Proletarskaya Volya Soluno-Dmitrievskoye (LLC). Bankruptcy proceedings have been established until the beginning of December this year. Information about this is posted on the EFRSB.

The bankruptcy procedure was initiated in the summer of 2024 at the request of the creditor company FES-Agro. The reason was the terms of the deal concluded in May 2023, which were violated by the SHP. There was a debt of 8.2 million rubles. The total amount of liabilities amounted to 12.4 million.

The company was established in 2018 in the village of Soluno-Dmitrievskoye. Pantelei Chopozov is listed as its main owner. The LLC's revenue in 2023 amounted to 71.3 million rubles. The organization reported a profit of 4.4 million.

The interim Manager (CA), who was approved for external supervision, faced difficulties: the management of the organization did not provide a complete set of documents. As a result, it was not possible to complete the analysis of the company's financial statements, and it was also not possible to check the company for deliberate or fictitious bankruptcy. This significantly complicated the assessment of the good faith of the debtor's actions.

As part of the competition procedure initiated, the arbitration court appointed Sergey Ponomarev as the managing director. By November 25, 2025, he must assess assets, form a register of creditors' claims and submit to the court an opinion on the progress of bankruptcy proceedings.

The agricultural enterprise, despite its external stability, was unable to pay off its obligations, which put an end to its operational activities. Now the main task is to satisfy creditors' claims as much as possible through the sale of the debtor's property.
