A CONCRETE PLANT IN PENZA WENT BANKRUPT DUE TO A DEBT OF 10.2 MILLION RUBLES
The Ternovsky concrete plant officially became bankrupt. The company owes its four creditors more than 10.24 million rubles. There were quite a lot of attempts to declare the company insolvent, but in January the court introduced a monitoring procedure on the claim of the company "Kontur", filed in December last year. The amount of the claim was 456 thousand rubles.
By its decision, the arbitration court entered bankruptcy proceedings at the plant. As reported in the case file, there were no appeals to the court from the founder of the plant about the introduction of other procedures (for example, financial recovery).
The Ternovsky concrete plant appeared in Penza in the middle of 2015. The company was engaged in the production of concrete products for construction organizations.
According to official data, 12 employees worked at the plant.
Oksana Rafikova was the beneficiary and head of the company until recently. The entrepreneur owns another enterprise with the same name, but established in 2020.
The plant itself a couple of years ago also applied to arbitration with an insolvency claim. However, then it did not work out to recognize the plant as bankrupt.
