A BANKRUPT BUSINESSMAN FOUND PROPERTY WORTH 2 BILLION
The entrepreneur who owned the production of glass containers was declared insolvent. A few days ago, the creditor of businessman Nikolai Sadovsky, represented by Sberbank, applied to arbitration. It turned out that the entrepreneur owns Moscow real estate, whose cadastral value exceeds 2 billion rubles.

Sberbank requires that the property be returned to the bankruptcy estate. To do this, it will be necessary to invalidate the chain of contracts concluded with the participation of a businessman. In this regard, the court resumed the bankruptcy process, having re-examined the circumstances of the recognition of the citizen as insolvent.

His companies, which produced glass containers by order of perfumery, cosmetics and food enterprises, took loans from Sberbank starting in 2008. The total amount of debt on them reached 900 million rubles. But in 2012, they all declared their insolvency and did not pay their bills. The credit institution was able to repay less than 10% of the debt amount (about 80 million).

In 2020, Sberbank employees discovered property that the financial manager had not found. The bank managed to prove that the work was not carried out very successfully. Already in February 2023, it turned out in court that the businessman was the actual beneficiary of the Nadina company. He was accused of a number of sham transactions that led to the concealment of property.

The bank, whose employees continue to search for assets, hopes to return the property to the bankruptcy estate. At the moment, the appellate authorities are engaged in the process, which will have to figure out whether the financial scheme with the concealment of real estate was fraudulent.
